Enally primarily offers digital services and consulting. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our service engagements.

How refunds work at Enally.
Digital services
For custom development, design and consulting services: refund eligibility depends on the stage of work. Work not yet started may be fully refunded. Work in progress is refunded proportionally based on deliverables completed.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. You are responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date. Unused advance payments for unstarted work will be refunded within 15 business days.
Milestone-based work
For projects with defined milestones, payment is tied to delivery. Completed milestones are non-refundable once approved by the client.
Consultation fees
Paid consultations are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If Enally cancels, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Subscriptions & recurring
If applicable, recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless service was unavailable for a material portion of that period.
Disputes
If you believe a refund is warranted that falls outside this policy, contact hello@enally.in with your case. We aim to resolve disputes fairly within 15 business days.

To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@enally.in or services@enally.in with your project reference, reason for the request and preferred resolution. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and resolve within 15 business days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

Completed and approved work is generally non-refundable. If deliverables do not match the agreed scope, we will revise or negotiate a fair resolution.
You pay for work completed. Remaining prepaid amount for unstarted work is refunded within 15 business days.
For engagements under ₹10,000, you may cancel within 48 hours of agreement for a full refund, provided no work has begun.
