Enally.in is operated by Prashant Kumar (Sole Proprietor). We primarily deliver digital services including web development, product engineering, AI integration, SEO consulting, and design systems. Since our offerings are digital in nature (no physical products are shipped), traditional "return" policies do not apply. This policy covers refund eligibility, cancellation rights, and dispute resolution for all service engagements processed through our website.

All payments on enally.in are processed securely through PayU payment gateway. Enally does not store, process, or have access to your full card numbers, CVV, or sensitive banking credentials. PayU is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Accepted methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice via email to admin@enally.in. Upon cancellation: you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date; unused advance payments for work not yet started will be refunded within 15 business days; any materials, code, or deliverables produced up to the cancellation date remain your property (for the scope paid for).

Cooling-off period: For engagements under Rs 10,000, you may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has begun. For engagements above Rs 10,000, cancellation terms are defined in the service agreement/proposal.

To request a refund or cancellation, email admin@enally.in or services@enally.in with: your name and email used during payment, transaction ID or PayU reference number, service/project name, reason for the refund request, and your preferred resolution (refund or credit). We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.

Processing timeline: Refund requests are reviewed and resolved within 15 business days of acknowledgment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayU. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5-10 business days after our approval). UPI refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days).

If you believe a refund is warranted that falls outside this policy, contact admin@enally.in with a detailed explanation. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and amicably within 15 business days. If resolution is not achieved through direct communication, either party may pursue legal remedies under the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.

For payment-related disputes, you may also raise a dispute through your bank or payment provider. PayU has its own dispute resolution process which we cooperate with fully. Our PayU Merchant ID is available upon request for dispute verification purposes.
