In today’s fast-evolving job market, technical knowledge alone isn't enough to ensure employability. Equally essential are soft skills—communication, adaptability, innovation, professionalism, and a customer-first approach—collectively referred to as Employability Skills. These workplace readiness skills are increasingly prioritized by employers across sectors.

Wadhwani Foundation’s Employability Skills Program is specifically designed to address this demand. Developed through rigorous research, feedback from over 2,000 employers, and industry insights, this AI-powered, sector-neutral training module focuses on 15 critical skills essential for gaining and sustaining employment.

The course includes comprehensive interview preparation and is delivered in a blended format—combining classroom instruction with a mobile-first, AI Co-pilot-led learning platform. Learners engage in real-world, scenario-based simulations that make the training engaging and flexible. Moreover, built-in learner analytics help personalize the content, ensuring a more effective and adaptive experience for every participant.

The program is open to students and apprentices from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs), diploma programs, and degree colleges—empowering them with confidence and competence for entering the workforce.

In parallel, the JobRise initiative allows companies to boost employee performance by integrating the same soft skill modules into workplace training.

We also collaborate with academic bodies, government partners, and employers to integrate the Employability Skills Program into their systems. For educational institutions or organizations looking to introduce this program, reach out here.

Individual learners keen on upskilling can also benefit from standalone modules available through a simple registration process.
